Without the Archers Council and our amazing volunteers our FCA community would miss out on so much that makes us flourish, like: Fall Fest, Fine Arts Showcases, new athletic equipment and instruments, and campus improvements, to name a few. When you volunteer your time, talents, or make a financial donation through Funds4Founders (F4F) to our school through the Archers Council, our community thrives! Y’all have left big boots to fill! The Archers Council Executive Board oversees all committees on the council and meets monthly to facilitate communication and take action on mission-based projects in support of the school. Thank y'all so much for giving of your time to serve our school community.

Volunteer Opportunities
Are You Planning to Volunteer at Field Day or on a Field Trip? You Must be an Approved Volunteer!
Reminder: If you have not been approved as a volunteer during the current school year, between July 2023 and today, you must apply and be approved before working at Field Day or being a field trip chaperone. This includes those working grammar lunch and recess, along with any other activity that involves being on campus or in the presence of students.
Each school year, ResponsiveEd requires every volunteer to complete an online volunteer application (see links to applications below) and undergo a background check. Once you are approved, you must sign this digital confidentiality agreement and follow these volunteer guidelines: Guidelines for Founders Archer Volunteers 2023-2024. Applications remain active for the current school year. A volunteer must reapply each school year. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing of your application, although approvals have been processed more quickly recently.
