June 3 - Aug 9 - - every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 6:30am -7:30am at Brushy Creek Sports Park. We meet at the basketball court next to the skateboard park and start the day with some dynamic stretching, a run, and then some core work.
Free to attend, and don't miss the famous Round Rock donuts every Wed. AM.
