Athletic Director - Mr. Nathan McClallen

Founders offers a variety of sports for male and female student athletes in 6th-12th grade. We also offer non-competitive sports through our extracurricular clubs. For most sports, we participate in TCSAAL and TAIAO, a state-wide academic and athletic league for charter schools. Information regarding their programs may be on the leagues websites. Our student athletes are required to complete an annual physical prior to trying out for a sport. We also require each student athlete and their parent/guardian to read and sign the Athletic Code of Conduct which can be found in our FCA Family Handbook. If you are interested in participating in one of the following sports, please email our Athletic Director, Coach McClallen and ask to be added to the TeamSnap roster for that particular sport.

Athletics Calendar

Take a look at the calendar below to see all of our home and away games, meets, and tournaments. Practice schedules for each team are available through the team TeamSnap sites. All our TeamSnap sites are password protected, so you need to request access if you plan on joining the team and have not been invited to the site yet. Please contact the team coach or our athletic director for access.

Physicals and Participation Forms

Before a student can participate in Founders Classical Academy’s after-school athletics program, the student must undergo a physical exam with a licensed physician, and his or her family must complete several sports participation forms. Physicals must be passed once every calendar year, whereas sports participation forms must be completed each school year.

If you are the parent of a student in 6th-12th grade who intends to compete in athletics, please schedule your student's physical during the summer. The required athletics forms are available to athletes through TeamSnap. The physical form is also available through Jupiter or click here to download a copy.

Archers Athletic Booster Club

The Archers Athletic Booster Club (AABC) supports our athletic department and student athletes by providing funds for athletic equipment, Founders athletic scholarships, and sports recognition banquets.

AABC funds are raised through sports events concession sales, athletics spirit wear sales, spirit nights, and other fundraising events such as Clash of the Archers and the Archers Dodge Brawl Tournament.

If you would like to get involved with the AABC, please contact Mary Walker, AABC President.
